Pick up all premium checks in the office by 9:00p.m., Sunday August 27th.
Entries can be brought in the Main Exhibit Building Tues., Aug. 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wed., Aug. 23 from 7:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. Sharp! - Building closes at 9:00 a.m. for judging.
Sunday, August 27th the Fine Arts Building will close at 7:00 p.m. The building will then re-open once the entries are prepared for pickup, and will remain open until 9:00 p.m. Fine Arts exhibitors will enter/exit through the North gate on Sunday to pick up exhibits.
Entries open to boys and girls who are 8 years of age or in third grade and not yet 21 years of age on or before September 1 of the year previous to the fair.
Each exhibitor shall be limited to one entry per class number.
Entries must be made by the exhibitor and entered in the name of one making same.
DO NOT ENTER ANY ITEMS REQUIRING REFRIGERATION.
Entries to be placed in a plastic bag or covered with plastic wrap, and exhibitor tag to be attached
to paper plates.
Classes 3340 - 3378 are open to young people who were between 14-21 years of age by September 1st of the year previous to the fair.
