Pick up all premium checks in the office by 9:00p.m., Sunday August 27th.
Entries can be brought in the Main Exhibit Building Tues., August 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wed., Aug. 23 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Sharp! - Building closes at 9:00 a.m. for judging.
Sunday, August 27th the Fine Arts building will close at 7:00 p.m. The building will then re-open once the entries are prepared for pickup, and will remain open until 9:00 p.m. Fine Arts exhibitors will enter/exit through the North gate on Sunday to pick up exhibits. Entries open to boys and girls who are 8 years of age or in third grade and not yet 21 years of age on or before September 1 of the year previous to the fair.
All entries must be in acceptable condition or be barred, and must be the work of the exhibitor.
ENTRIES WHICH HAVE WON 1ST PREMIUMS IN THIS DEPARTMENT OF PREVIOUS WILL COUNTY FAIRS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE.
Work done in the past two years eligible if in good condition. Entries which have been soiled by use on exhibition elsewhere will not be judged.
Exhibitors may enter only one article per class number. No paint by number or stamped oil or watercolor paintings are eligible. Photos are to be mounted on cardboard no larger than 14’’ x 28’’.
Please limit pictures to 28’’ x 28’’ or less due to space available for displaying.
- A handicraft is an original craft that was made yourself from scratch.
- A kit is a finished project where the craft was purchased.
