Judging Times:
All Performance Classes - Thursday, August 22nd at 9:00 a.m.
All Halter Classes (Horses & Ponies) - Friday, August 23rd at 9:00 a.m.
All Entry Fees - $8.00 Stall Rent - $5.00 per head for duration of Fair.
All Ponies will be measured before showing at time designated by Superintendent.

1. Animals must be owned by exhibitor for 30 days prior to opening of Fair, except section 7.
2. All animals must be shown in bridles or halters only. (Stud tack is allowed in Stallion Pony Class).
3. Each exhibitor is limited to not more than two premium winners under one premium number.
4. Ages to be computed as of January 1.
5. All horses and ponies ARE RESTRICTED TO BARN AREA. No horses or ponies allowed outside of fence.
6. NO PONY RIDES to be given on the grounds by an exhibitor.
7. All horses and ponies must be tied (except suckling foal).
8. NO dogs allowed in barns.
9. All horses and ponies on the grounds must be entered in the Fair, NO EXTRA.
10. All horses and ponies must be on grounds by noon Wednesday, August 21, 2024.
11. Ponies shown in Halter are either English Type OR Western Type NOT both.
12. No individual tack stalls, all tack stalls will be assigned by the department superintendent.
13. There are 131 stalls in the horse barn. Once these stalls are filled to capacity, the Directors and Superintendents of the Will County Fair Association have the right to refuse and/or void any entries into the fair.
14. NO SMOKING IN BARN - THIS RULE MUST BE STRICTLY OBEYED.
15. EACH EXHIBITOR MUST CLEAN HIS/HER ASSIGNED HORSE OR PONY STALLS DAILY.
16. At the end of the fair, all stalls MUST be CLEANED to the aisle.
    NO ENTRIES CHANGED AFTER AUGUST 5, 2024, unless a written permit stating change is presented to a Fair Office Secretary by a Dept. R Superintendent or Asst. Superintendent personally, no later than Wednesday, August 21, 2024. Absolutely no entry fees refunded at any time unless so ordered by a Superintendent or Asst. Superintendent, and approved by a director.
    NO prize money paid on change of entries made on the Judge’s book after the Judge’s book leaves the Fair Office. If you feel there has been a discrepancy, please contact your Superintendent and have him or her present the change to the Fair Office Secretary.
